Returns
No items may be returned without prior approval. Please call our toll-free number 1-877-774-3256 for approval and a return authorization number. We will refuse shipments without a return authorization number! All returns must be in unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Returns are subject to a re-stocking fee. Make sure that skates fit properly before sharpening! Ice-hockey skates, once sharpened, may not be returned!
Warranties are provided by the manufacturer. We may ask you to ship your warranted item directly to the manufacturer to save time and postage. If so, we will provide you with all return authorization numbers and procedures.
.::Jocks and Undergarments are Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable for ANY reason::.
-Clearance/Closeout Items: Clearance or Closeout items can NOT be returned or exchanged, and all sales are FINAL. All clearance or closeout items have limited quantities and are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Order total of $0-49.99 = $11.98 | $50.00-99.99 = $13.98 | $100-200 = $16.98 | $201 and up = $4.98!
The above charges are per shipping box. For larger orders we will e-mail you a shipping quote.
*NOTE: That pick-ups are Monday-Friday only. Overnight orders that ship on Friday will be delivered the following Monday, unless you choose the Saturday delivery option. UPS will NOT ship to PO Boxes, please use a physical street address. Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us and a 15% re-stocking fee. Orders shipped via UPS are subject to the Terms and Conditions of Service as detailed on UPS.com. |
